In my opinion, the highly anticipated project will be Jurong West Street 41/ Boon Lay Way (Parcel A), Kim Tian Road, Coronation Road/ Victoria Park Road and Mount Sophia.

We are understand that JGateway, a condominium project that sold out in 1 day. The spill over effect could be on the next Jurong site at Jurong West Street 41/Boon Lay Way.

For Kim Tian Road, the site is relatively prime and in a mature estate of Tiong Bahru where many HDB up-graders will be keen to live in the same area.

For Coronation Road/ Victoria Park Road, the project will be a landed enclave with supply so low in prime district 10, this is going to be a hot seller. The project will be restricted to Singaporean and Foreigner with Land Dealing Unit’s (LDU) which is hard to come by now.

Another site in prime district 9, in the heart of orchard nearby to Dhoby Ghaut MRT (Mount Sophia) will be another development that may caught the eyes of investor. The proximity to the city and MRT will be a drawn to a lot of people attracted to good school and amenities around.

In conclusion, the most anticipated projects will depends on location, price point that developer eventually priced its project and proximity to the MRT train station.
